Why we chose this coffee:

This unique Pink Bourbon lot comes from 25 smallholder farmers (10 women, 15 men) in Huila, Colombia. We discovered this special crop at our trader's cupping event and it stood out to us because of its distinctly sweet, caramel-y flavor and smooth finish.

The Pink Bourbon is a special type of coffee plant, named for its unusual pink-orange cherries, unlike the typical red ones. While once thought to be a mix of other common coffees, it's actually a unique variety that originates from Ethiopia, requiring extra care from farmers to yield its complex, exceptional flavors.

As coffee enthusiasts, we love trying different origins but we always gravitate towards Colombian Pink Bourbons. It's comforting, always satisfying, and the flavors are rich, sweet, yet extremely well balanced. We can't wait to share this origin with you!

• 16 oz / 1 lb  = 23 cups
• 32 oz / 2 lbs = 46 cups
• Grind size: Select 'Whole bean' if you prefer to grind your coffee at home, or select 'Espresso grind' or 'Filter grind' if you want us to pre-grind your coffee for you
