Roast schedule & subscription process

1. Pick your coffee. About a week before we roast, we’ll email you a form with the month’s two coffees. Submit your pick by roast day.
2. Billing on the 1st. Every subscription renews and bills on the 1st of the month.
3. Roast dates. We roast at the end of the first week or the start of the second week of the month, then ship your order.

Existing subscribers

• Your subscription renews automatically each month, so there’s no need to place a new order.
• Choose your coffee using the form we email you about a week before roast.
• Don’t make a selection? No problem. We’ll choose one of the month’s two coffees for you.

New subscribers

• Your subscription renews on the 1st of every month. You'll be billed for your first subscription for the following month if your order is placed after the 1st of the month (e.g. an order placed November 20th will be billed December 1st for the December roast).
• Watch your inbox for the selection form each month. You can choose between the month’s two coffees, or leave it to us!
