We roast on a monthly schedule, typically during the first or second week of every month.

Monthly subscribers can choose which coffee they would like to receive each month. Selections must be submitted prior to the roast date. If no selection is made, you'll receive the roaster's choice coffee of the month.

Next roast date: September 10, 2025

• Existing subscribers: orders will ship by September 12th
• New subscribers: orders placed before September 10th will ship by September 12th; orders placed after this date will ship in October

• September will be Golden Hour's last run and we'll be rotating in a new origin in place of Golden Hour starting In October
• We have 15 lbs of Golden Hour left - the remaining amount will be first come, first serve based on form selections
• Pink Rosé will be the roaster's choice selection for subscribers who choose not to submit a selection or when Golden Hour's allocation runs out
